Benjamin R. Winslow conducts his personal injury law practice from his office in San Francisco, California where he has practiced law for 40 years. Although Ben specializes in personal injury, he provides clients with access to a full range of services including estate planning, real estate transactions and probate administration.

His commitment to cost efficiency has resulted in his involvement in Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) procedures. He engages in risk-benefit analysis with each of his prospective clients to determine whether the facts and law justify the cost of bringing or defending the litigation. This involves an ADR analysis to ascertain whether the dispute can be resolved outside the courtroom. Ben is willing to consider billing arrangements which best suit the client, including fixed fees, contingent fees, hourly fees and a combination of contingent and hourly fees where appropriate.
